Tomorrow

I find that people don’t really have direction in life and it makes me angry. Its like everyone is living for today forgetting about tomorrow. I have been told to stop thinking about the future so much, what I am going to become and do and see and be…. I tried it out for a while; I felt empty. How can we just live on impulse? As if tomorrow isn’t coming! Well, maybe some of you are scared to deal with it and face the reality so you run to silly things (as I do too) to make today better. But what about tomorrow?

The day I had my first cigarette I thought… “To feel better today, so the pain will go away”. It might have that night, but as I opened my eyes the next morning the heart ache still existed and a new feeling of regret along with it. Are most of your mornings filled with regret for yesterday? If so, I’m sure you are very bitter because regret makes you cold and evolves a shell round you that makes you feel as if you are all alone. Too many days have been corrupted by such feelings, when it really is not worth it!

We are the future. We are the next people of God. We can make this place better. Let’s make ourselves better, aim for greatness, to become more then just ordinary, be a force to be reckoned with! Live today, with the aim to become better tomorrow. The choices we make should not be foolish but rational, let’s think of tomorrow, what the consequence is going to be.

We will all have our foolish moments, when we tell our mothers we hate them; our foolish nights, when we’re bent over a toilet throwing up what we ate for lunch. But, stand strong, keep your chin up and remember: my tomorrow will be better, because my yesterdays are going to be better.
